In 2024, Warren Scovell joined as President and Chief Operating Officer. Together, their combined experience, network, and technical capability have become a force multiplier, enabling tangible improvements in readiness and cost reduction for the programs they support.
Paradigm Max Q has grown quickly as a byproduct of that performance, now operating across fifteen locations nationwide and providing a wide range of contractor support services that consistently exceed expectations.
